Protein Muffins
The Muffins are essential mini-cakes. It's a simple recipe to make where all the ingredients are roughly mixed. There are many varieties but this high-protein sports version is by far the most remarkable of all!

Ingredients
- •Premium Whey Enhanced Vanilla 1.5 Servings
- •Unflavored yogurt x1
- •Milk 250ml
- •Whole eggs x3
- •Banana puree x3
- •Whole Wheat Flour 250g
- •Honey 2 tbsp
- •Yeast 1 Serving

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a salad bowl, mash the bananas.
Add the eggs, yogurt and milk, then mix.
Add the flour, honey and whey and mix again.

Decorate your muffins according to your preferences: chocolate chips, nuts, berries, all kinds of seeds, peanut butter...
Bake your mold in the oven for 20 minutes.
