This data is considered sensitive health data. Their collection requires your explicit and specific consent, separate from cookie consent. This consent is obtained when you link your InBody phone number to your account.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively for:
• Displaying your measurement history in your customer account
• Allowing you to track your progress
• (Future) Personalizing our nutritional recommendations
Withdrawal of consent
You can at any time:
• Unlink your InBody account from your customer account
• Request the deletion of your body composition data
Unlinking immediately interrupts the synchronization. Historical measurements can be deleted upon request.
Reinforced security
Health data benefits from enhanced protection measures and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

The Impact Delivery app is an internal tool intended exclusively for Impact Nutrition employees (delivery drivers and logistics personnel) for delivery management.

• Connection data: Account credentials, authentication tokens
• Device data: Device model, operating system, unique device identifier
• Notification data: Push notification token (to receive alerts for new deliveries)
Purposes of processing
• Authentication and secure access to the application
• Receiving push notifications for new orders to be delivered
• Management and tracking of ongoing deliveries
• Internal communication related to delivery operations
Legal basis
Execution of the employment contract between the employee and ISN Supply.
Recipients of data
Data is accessible only to authorized Impact Nutrition personnel (logistics, IT and management departments).
Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the employment contract and deleted within 3 months after the end of the employment relationship.
Security
The application uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and requires authentication to access the features. Data is stored on secure servers.
