These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between:
ISN Supply, the exclusive distributor of Impact Nutrition brand products in Tunisia, operating the e-commerce website impactnutrition.com.tn (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"),
and
any natural person (individual consumer) wishing to make a purchase on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
By placing an order on the Site, the Client acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these GTC.
• Client: any adult natural person, acting on their own behalf, purchasing for their private needs.
• Site: e-commerce platform accessible at the address impactnutrition.com.tn.
• Order: any purchase validated by the Client on the Site.
• Product: any item offered for sale by ISN Supply.
• Impact Fidelity Points: reward units accumulated as part of the loyalty program (see section 21).

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. The photographs are non-contractual.
ISN Supply reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.
To place an order, the Client can create a secure personal account. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and the information provided.
ISN Supply reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of abuse, non-compliance with the GTC, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.
Prices are indicated in Tunisian Dinar (TND), including all taxes (TTC). ISN Supply reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
In the event of a manifest error in price or stock, ISN Supply reserves the right to cancel the order.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices, products, and these GTC. The Client receives an order confirmation email after validation. ISN Supply reserves the right to refuse any order in case of previous dispute, suspicion of resale, or non-compliance with the GTC.
The accepted payment methods are:
• Cash on delivery
• Online payment by credit card via ClicToPay
Payment is due immediately upon order or delivery, depending on the option chosen.
In case of suspicion of fraud during a credit card payment (unauthorized payment, identity theft, reported stolen card, etc.), ISN Supply reserves the right not to honor the order, cancel the transaction, and report any suspicious activity to the competent authorities, particularly the Tunisian Financial Analysis Commission (CTAF) or any other legally authorized body.
Delivery is available throughout the Tunisian territory.
• Indicative delivery times: 1 to 5 business days.
• Fees: variable according to the area, specified before validation.
ISN Supply cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or a case of force majeure.
The Client undertakes to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to notify any anomaly within 48 hours.
In accordance with the Tunisian Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 10 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return conditions:
• Product not opened, unused, in its original packaging.
• Return at the Client's expense (except in case of error by ISN Supply).
• Refund within 10 days after receipt and validation of the return.
Important note: In the event of a return of an order that has generated Impact Fidelity points, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from the client's balance (see section 21).
The products benefit from the Tunisian legal guarantees:
• Conformity guarantee
• Guarantee against hidden defects
Any claim must be addressed to contact@impactnutrition.com.tn within a reasonable time.
ISN Supply cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Site or the products. Its liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order.
The Client is solely responsible for the use of the purchased products, their storage, and their suitability with their health condition.
The products sold are intended for healthy people. They do not replace medical treatment or a balanced diet.
ISN Supply disclaims all responsibility in case of:
• Allergic reactions, drug interactions, side effects,
• Improper use, overdose, use by an unauthorized audience (pregnant women, minors, etc.),
• Improper storage or contamination after opening.
After opening, the Client is solely responsible for the product. No return or claim is accepted for an opened product, except for a manifest defect prior to opening.
All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, brands, etc.) are protected by intellectual property legislation. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
Personal data is collected in compliance with Tunisian law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data.

• Order history and loyalty points
• Navigation data (with consent for non-essential cookies)
• InBody health data (with separate explicit consent)

ISN Supply cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations due to a case of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, riots, war, pandemic, interruption of logistics services, etc.).
ISN Supply encourages constructive customer reviews. Certified reviews (from customers who have purchased the product) may be rewarded with Impact Fidelity points (see section 21).
ISN Supply reserves the right to remove any content that is:
• defamatory, false, or insulting,
• deliberately aimed at harming its reputation,
• issued as part of a smear campaign or unfair competition.
Any abuse may lead to legal action for damage to reputation or defamation in accordance with Tunisian legislation.
The Site is intended solely for individual consumers. ISN Supply, the exclusive distributor in Tunisia, does not sell to professionals or resellers without prior authorization.
Any order suspected of resale may be canceled or refused.
The Client must expressly accept these GTC before validating any order, via a mandatory checkbox. Without this acceptance, the order cannot be finalized.
These GTC are governed by Tunisian law. In case of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be favored. Failing that, the Tunisian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
For orders from abroad, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the registered office of ISN Supply, unless otherwise provided by public order.
21.1 General Principles and Nature of Points
The Impact Fidelity program is an exclusive rewards system for registered clients on impactnutrition.com.tn.
Conversion Value: The reference ratio is set at 100 Points = 6.500 TND.
Legal Nature: The accumulated points do not constitute real currency or an enforceable claim. They represent a deferred commercial discount, usable only for the purchase of products on the Site. They are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
21.2 Acquisition Mechanisms (Earning Points)
Points accumulation occurs through the following interactions:
Product Purchases:
The number of points generated by each item is specified on its product page. This amount varies according to the value and category of the product.
Validation of Earnings:
The points related to an order are credited to the client's account only when the order status becomes "Completed" (delivery made and payment received).
Welcome Bonus:
A credit of 50 points is automatically offered upon validation of the first order.
Community Engagement:
Each certified review (left by a customer who has purchased the product) is rewarded with 10 points.
Birthday Gift:
A bonus of 100 points is credited each year on the client's birthday registered in their profile.
21.3 Exclusion Conditions and Restrictions
In order to preserve the economic balance of the program, the following exclusion rules apply:
Non-Cumulative Promotions:
No points are generated on products already on promotion, or when using a discount code, purchase voucher, or any other ongoing marketing offer.
Cancellation:
In the event of a product return or order cancellation, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from the client's balance.
21.4 Redemption Modalities
Triggering Threshold:
The conversion of points into a basket discount is only possible from a minimum cumulative of 1000 points (equivalent to 65 TND).
Expiration:
Points have a validity period of 12 months from their date of acquisition. After this period, unused points are permanently canceled without compensation.
21.5 Reservation Clause and Modifications
Impact Nutrition reserves the sovereign right to:
• Modify the earning and conversion scales at any time.
• Suspend or terminate the Impact Fidelity program without prior notice or justification.
• Cancel a user's points in case of suspected fraud or misuse of the system.
Any modification of the program's terms of use is applicable immediately upon publication, without prior individual notification obligation.
21.6 Balance Consultation
The Client can consult their point balance and history at any time from their customer area, in the "My Loyalty Points" section.
