The Super Vanilla Protein Pudding is prepared in 3 steps:
The "Overnight oatmeal": Mix 80g of oats with 30g of Greek yogurt, 60ml of almond milk, and 1 tbsp of coconut syrup. Refrigerate the mixture overnight to obtain a creamy porridge.
Peanutbutter Oatmeal Balls: In a blender, mix 60g oats, 30g peanut butter, and 2 tbsp honey. Using your hands, form mini-balls and refrigerate overnight.
The "Vanilla Pudding": In a blender, mix the previously prepared Overnight Oatmeal with 1 Greek yogurt, 1 frozen banana, and 1 serving of Vanilla Diet Whey.
