  • 50 ml of skimmed milk

  • 2 low-fat yoghurts (Bifi lemon / sugar-free and fat-free)
  • Some fresh fruit (berries/bananas), nut pieces, and a drizzle of honey

Mix the Pancake Mix and milk to obtain a thick batter.

Using a small spoon, place small dough balls in the hot pan. Flip them as soon as bubbles appear to get about 20 mini pancakes.
