Protein Pancakes
"Pan" means casserole, "Cake" you know! The pancake is a small pan-fried cake similar to a crêpe. It is an essential dish of the American Breakfast. There are a thousand and one ways to prepare and accompany it: honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, jams, brown sugar, fried egg, salmon... The pancake goes well with all sauces but protein-packed pancakes remain an essential dish for athletes.

Ingredients
- •Finely ground oat flakes 100g
- •Whole wheat flour 20g
- •Whole eggs x3
- •premium Whey Enhanced Vanilla 1 Serving
- •milk 150ml

Directions
Mix all solid ingredients in a bowl.
Form a well and add the egg.
Slowly pour in the milk, then whisk until you achieve a perfectly smooth mixture.
In a heated and lightly oiled pan, pour in a ladle of the preparation.
Cook your pancakes 2 minutes per side.
Add your choice of toppings: Apple 50g, Chocolate Chips 25g, Honey 15g, Sesame Seeds 5g.
