Protein Cookies
This recipe for protein- and vitamin-boosted cookies is reserved for champions. These mini cakes are a concentrate of essential nutrients. They are ideal as part of a breakfast or post-training snack. It's a simple recipe, easy to make, and remarkably delicious.

Ingredients
- •Oat flakes 100g
- •Banana x1
- •Apple x1
- •Dates x3
- •Cinnamon 1 pinch
- •Peanut butter 1 tbsp
- •Cocoa powder 30g
- •Dried raisins 20g
- •Premium Whey Enhanced Chocolate 1 Serving
- •Whole egg x1
- •Yeast 1 packet

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a blender, mix all the ingredients together.
Decant the preparation into a bowl, then add the cranberries and dates.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Using your hands, form cookies then place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
