Ice Cream "Anabolic"
A massive food volume for a controlled caloric intake. This artisanal ice cream uses egg whites to create a light texture and drastically increase the bioavailability of proteins.

Ingredients
- •1.5 scoops of Chocolate Whey Impact
- •3 egg whites
- •50 ml of skimmed milk
- •2 cups of ice cubes
- •2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- •A few drops of zero-calorie sweetener

Directions
Place the ice cubes, Whey, egg whites, milk, and cocoa in a high-powered blender.
Mix until the ice is perfectly smooth and without chunks. The egg whites will provide a "fluffy" texture.
Pour un shakeMix the powder with the recommended amount of water or milk in a shaker bottle. Pour the mixture into a container and place in the freezer for 6 hours.
Remove it from the container 5 minutes before enjoying for optimal texture. Add your preferred toppings (berries, nuts).
