- •Cocoa powder 5g
- •Premium Whey Praline & Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Serving
- •Milk 150ml
- •Peanut Butter 30g
- •Ground oat flakes 45g
- •Dark Chocolate 70% 20g
- •Nappage
- •Egg whites x3
- •Whipped cream 20g
- •Milk 150ml
- •Cocoa Powder 5g

Directions
Combine all ingredients, then heat the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute at maximum power. Allow the preparation to rest.
Mix all the ingredients until a foam is obtained. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, pour mixture #2 over mixture #1 in a bowl. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon, powdered coffee and a few cookies on top. Your pudding is ready to be consumed. This ultra-high protein recipe is ideal as a snack or as a breakfast.
