Protein-Rich Crepes
Walid's favorite post-workout breakfast: fluffy, protein-rich pancakes that help build and maintain lean muscle mass.

Ingredients
- •Premium Whey Enhanced 2 Scoops
- •2 whole eggs
- •1 ripe banana, mashed
- •1/2 cup of oat flour
- •1 teaspoon of baking powder
- •1/4 cup of almond milk
- •A pinch of cinnamon
- •Coconut oil for cooking

In a large bowl, mash the banana until you have a smooth purée.
Add the eggs and whisk them with the banana.
Incorporate the protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add the almond milk gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan with a little coconut oil over medium heat.
