Cinnamon Roll Smoothie
The "cinnamon roll" is a pastry specialty made with cinnamon that can be found on every street corner in the USA. It's a sort of raisin bread...but without the raisins! It's a cake that I particularly love, but in order to enjoy its flavors without feeling guilty, I was inspired by this delicious specialty to prepare my famous Cinnamon Roll-style Smoothie.

- •Oat flakes 2 tbsp
- •Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- •Nonfat natural yogurt
- •Milk 100ml
