Ingredients

  • Oat bran 250g
  • Whole Wheat Flour 100g
  • Baker's yeast 4 tsp
  • Mashed banana x1
  • Milk 70ml
  • Chia Seeds 1 cup
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa 2 tsp
  • Premium Whey Enhanced Vanilla 1 Serving
  • Peanut Butter 2 tsp
  • Sparkling water 30ml

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the oat bran, flour, yeast, cocoa, and whey.

In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (except the sparkling water).

Add the liquid preparation to the first bowl, mix well until a homogeneous texture is obtained.

Add the sparkling water at the end and stir gently.

Cook in a pan with coconut oil. Flip the pancake as soon as bubbles appear.

Serve with Greek yogurt and berries.
