Editorial note

Le taux de protéines mesuré en laboratoire (45%) est supérieur au taux déclaré sur l'étiquette (33%) en raison de la présence de créatine (3g) et de leucine (1,2g) ajoutées par dose de 60g, dont l'azote est comptabilisé par la méthode Kjeldahl au même titre que celui des protéines. Le taux de 33% déclaré correspond au taux net de protéines de whey réellement présentes (20g), sans amino-spiking dissimulé : l'écart mesuré s'explique entièrement et de façon cohérente par les quantités connues et déclarées de créatine et de leucine ajoutées volontairement à la formule.
