My package is damaged.

At Impact Nutrition, we guarantee that each product leaves our facility in La Marsa in impeccable condition. However, if you notice any deterioration upon delivery by our internal or AFEX couriers, you must scrupulously follow these steps to ensure the processing of your case:

1. Immediate Visual Documentation
Before handling the product, take clear photographs of:

The external appearance of the package (if the cardboard or plastic film is torn/crushed).

The product inside the transport packaging.

The security seal if it appears to have been tampered with.

2. Recording Transport Reservations
It is imperative to explicitly mention the observed damage on the transport slip before signing:

Required specification: Describe the damage (e.g., "Package torn open," "Protein container pierced").

Legal Warning: The generic mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value and does not allow the carrier to be held responsible. Without a specific reservation, the package is considered to have been delivered as expected.

3. Official Reporting within 48 hours
Send us all the elements (photos + detailed description + copy of the delivery slip with reservations) by email to: contact@impactnutrition.com.tn.

Quality Commitment: Once these elements have been received, our ISN Supply logistics department will handle your claim as a priority to organize a replacement or compensation after an examination.
