My package is damaged

The Customer agrees to check the condition of products upon receipt and notify any anomaly within 48 hours.
If your package is damaged upon delivery:
  1. Take photos of the package and products
  2. Note the damage on the delivery slip
  3. Contact us within 48h at contact@impactnutrition.com.tn ISN Supply cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or force majeure.
