How to return an item?

According to the Tunisian Consumer Code, the customer has 10 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions:

• Product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in case of error by ISN Supply).

• Refund within 10 days after receipt and validation of the return.
