How to use nutritional supplements correctly?

The formulations of Impact Nutrition are highly technical products designed to optimize the nutrition of healthy individuals. They are part of a comprehensive performance strategy and should under no circumstances replace a varied diet or a medical protocol.

Optimal Usage Guidelines
To ensure the effectiveness of the active ingredients and your safety:
Strict adherence to dosage: Our formulas are dosed to reach a precise threshold of biological efficacy. Exceeding the recommended daily dose does not accelerate results, but can saturate the metabolic elimination pathways.
Physiological adequacy: As a precautionary biochemical measure, the use of our supplements is not recommended for minors, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.
Medical follow-up: In case of pre-existing pathology or chronic drug treatment, consultation with your attending physician is imperative before any supplementation.

Nutrient Conservation and Integrity
The quality of a supplement after it leaves the factory depends directly on its storage.
To avoid protein denaturation or lipid oxidation:
Environment: Store your products in a cool (< 25°C) and dry place, away from direct light and moisture (the main cause of powder agglomeration).
Tightness: Ensure the airtight closure of the packaging after each withdrawal to stop gas exchanges with the ambient air.
Expiration: The Best Before End (BBE) date guarantees the maximum concentration of active ingredients. Beyond that, the effectiveness may decrease.

Responsibility and Return Policy
Once the security seal is opened, the integrity of the product becomes the sole responsibility of the customer.
Hygiene and Safety: For obvious health reasons, no opened product can be reintegrated into our logistics chain.
Claims: Any apparent anomaly at the time of receipt (damaged seal, packaging defect) must be reported immediately to ISN Supply before opening the container to be eligible for an exchange.
