As a client of Impact Nutrition, you benefit from the legal guarantees provided by Tunisian consumer protection legislation.

Conformity Guarantee

The product must conform to its description and be suitable for its intended use.

You are covered if the product:
• Does not match the description on the Website (composition, weight, format, etc.)
• Does not have the presented or agreed upon qualities
• Is not suitable for the normally expected use of a similar product

Time limit to act: You have a period of 2 years from delivery to invoke this guarantee.

Guarantee against Hidden Defects

Protection against non-apparent defects that make the product unfit for use.

A hidden defect is a defect:
• Not visible at the time of purchase
• That makes the product unfit for its use
• Or that diminishes its use so much that you would not have bought it (or at a lower price)

Examples:
• Product with a defective inner packaging (not visible from the outside)
• Contamination prior to opening
• Manufacturing defect not visually detectable

Time limit to act: You have a period of 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

What is not covered

The legal guarantees do not apply in the following cases:

• Opened and consumed product: After opening, the Customer is solely responsible for the storage and use of the product
• Improper storage: Non-compliance with the storage conditions indicated on the packaging
• Non-compliant use: Overdosage, inappropriate mixing, use by a non-recommended audience
• Normal wear and tear: Natural alteration of the product after opening within the recommended usage period
• Damage caused by the Customer: Intentional or accidental deterioration after receipt

How to Make a Claim

Step 1: Contact us

Send your claim to contact@impactnutrition.com.tn, including:
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the problem
• Photos of the product and packaging (if relevant)
• The date of receipt and opening of the product

Step 2: Analysis of your request

Our team will examine your claim within 48 to 72 working hours and propose an appropriate solution.

Step 3: Resolution

Depending on the nature of the problem, we will offer you:
• Replacement of the defective product
• Full or partial refund
• Credit on your next order

Claim Deadlines

| Non-conformity (product error) | 10 days after receipt |
| Manufacturing defect (hidden defect)| As soon as discovered, within 2 years |

Limitation of Liability

ISN Supply cannot be held responsible:
• For indirect damages related to the use of the products
• For individual reactions (allergies, intolerances)
• For interactions with medical treatments
• For improper storage after delivery

ISN Supply's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order concerned.
