The accumulation of your loyalty capital occurs through various interaction levers:
Nutritional Investment: Each product generates a specific number of points (indicated on its data sheet).
Note: Points are credited as soon as the order status changes to "Completed" (delivery and payment validated).
Welcome Bonus: 50 points offered upon validation of your first order to start your counter.
Community Expertise: Each certified review (left after a real purchase) is rewarded with 10 points. Your feedback helps the community and earns you points.
Annual Celebration: A 100-point bonus automatically credited on your birthday (as indicated in your profile).

Trigger Threshold: The conversion into a basket discount is accessible as soon as your balance reaches 1,000 points (equivalent to 65 DT).
Validity Cycle: Your points are active for 12 months from their date of acquisition. After this period, they expire without compensation.
Consultation: Your balance and history of earnings are available in real-time in your customer account, under the "My Loyalty Points" section.

To preserve the economic balance of the program, the following rules apply:
Non-cumulative Promotions: Points are not generated on items already on promotion, nor when using a discount code or voucher.
Balance Adjustment: In case of order cancellation or product return, the associated points are automatically deducted from your account.
Reservation Clause: Impact Nutrition reserves the right to modify the conversion scale, suspend the program or cancel points in case of suspected fraud or abuse, without notice.
